CeBIT 2003, Hannover, Germany - March 12, 2003 - B.H.A Corporation today announced B's STUDIO, the new DVD and CD media management and creation software suite for Windows. Supporting all current DVD and CD storage technologies, the integrated software solution contains a wide range of easy-to-access features for creating, converting, playing and storing content on optical discs: Video, music, backup, photo and data.

B's STUDIO includes easy-to-use applications for video capture and DVD-Video creation, data and music recording, DVD movie playback plus a fully-featured video editor. By clicking the B's STUDIO Toolbar on the desktop, the user will be able to go straight to the function called for: for example, record or copy CDs/DVDs, create a DVD-Video disc with custom menus, write audio CDs from MP3 files, back up the hard disk, capture or edit video, play a DVD movie and much more.

"With B's STUDIO, BHA is offering consumers an all-in-one integrated media solution that satisfies most needs related to DVD and CD recording," said Masaharu Yoshihara, President and Chief Executive Officer of B.H.A Corporation. "Because of the decrease in price for DVD recorders, DVD creation is within anyone's reach today - B's STUDIO offers a complete set of ideal tools for consumers to create, store and play any type of content on DVDs and CDs," added Mr. Yoshihara.

In order to provide customers with the best tools available for DVD-Video creation, BHA has formed a strategic partnership with leading DVD-Video recording software developer MedioStream, Inc. and the two companies will join forces to provide all-in-one, easy to use DVD and CD recording solutions. B's STUDIO incorporates MedioStream's award-winning neoDVD, which offers the fastest and easiest way for users to create their own DVDs or Video CDs.

To create a DVD-Video title from material on a digital or analog camcorder, users simply have to connect their video camera to their computer, click the Capture button on the B's STUDIO Toolbar and start the video capture process - the video is converted to high-quality DVD format in real-time or can even be written directly to the DVD recorder. B's STUDIO's intuitive templates and drag-and-drop functionality also make it possible to create professional-looking DVD-Video discs in minutes, including multiple level menus, chapter points, slide shows, transitions or background music. Users of DVD+RW recorders can create and update discs in the new Video Recording (VR) format that enables editing parts of a DVD-Video disc without having to rewrite the entire DVD. Furthermore, B's STUDIO contains a fully-featured video editor and a software DVD-Video player for viewing homemade or commercial DVD-Video titles on the computer.

In addition to video creation and editing, B's STUDIO includes extensive audio CD writing functionality including filtering, editing, "Direct Cut" live recording and MP3 CD creation.
